REAL ESTATE

Our office has 40 years of experience in closing real estate transactions. We have been approved to close loans for almost all lenders in the area.

COMMERCIAL

A large part of our practice involves acquisition and financing of commercial properties. We have handled many transactions including retaurants, hotels, office buildings and complexes, shopping centers, and raw land for development. We proudly partner with First American Title Insurance Company for our title insurance products.

ESTATE PLANNING

Everyone needs to have a good plan in place to care for their family. We offer services in basic estate planning including: wills, power of attorney, and health care directives.

PROBATE MATTERS

When a loved one passes away, we can help with advice concerning probate of estates.

BIOGRAPHY

Harald was born in Kingstree, South Carolina in 1951 and moved to Huntsville in 1961. He attended Blossomwood Elementary, Huntsville Junior High, and Huntsville High School. He then went on to attend Davidson College (home of Steph Curry) and received a degree in History. He attended the University of Alabama School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1976. He began practicing law in Huntsville with Bell, Richardson, & Cleary and moved on to Lange Simpson Robinson & Somerville. In May of 2000, he decided to open a solo practice on Merchants Walk and has been there ever since.
